About The Nanny Network

Hey, I’m Chloe Cox, 30 years old, from Oxfordshire. I’m a private nanny for an amazing family and have been with them for the last 8 years, before that I worked in many childcare settings so I have an extensive knowledge of how they run. 

I absolutely adore looking after children, watching them grow and learn new things that they’ve never done before, in my opinion there’s nothing more special and exciting!

After helping a friend find a local nanny and loving the process of it all, I decided to set up my own nanny agency, The Nanny Network. I love being able to call this my job and I'm very proud and passionate of everything The Nanny Network achieves.  

Also because I believe everyone should have the right childcare solution to suit their family, and rewarding career for them, I feel so passionately about making sure it's the right fit. So I'm working hard on bringing likeminded nannies and families together to create a happy home for all involved.

My mission is to make mother’s and families feel empowered with their choice of going back to work after having children and helping them find the correct childcare solution for them, but to also support nannies so they feel seen, heard, important and happy in their roles! It can be a beautiful match when it’s right!
